Monday was an exciting day. It started out with davening at school because we were on a tight schedule, we then got onto a school bus and headed out to the Chanukah event that we had planned. The place we went to for the event is North Shore high school in Glen Head NY. While we were there we had a concert by Eitan Katz, played some basketball, had a little party because according to Chabad it was the date when one of the rebbes got out of jail 78 years ago, and for lunch we had pizza. On Tuesday classes 101 and 103 went to a place to learn about t’ffilin, how it’s made and a lot else in the afternoon. It was very interesting. On Wednesday we got a chance to meet senator Felder. We all felt excited as we got a chance to hear what he says and to ask him questions. After we all got a chance to hear what he had to say we had lunch and a regular schedule. On Thursday we had a usual day with some learning and some davening. On Friday we had the usual classes and chaburah. This week is the bar mitzvah parsha of Rabbi Klein, and it’s also my bar mitzvah parsha.
