IVDU's Newsletter 30

On Monday we found out that Benji Spector became an uncle. We wanted to wish him mazal tov but he was out for the day taking care of some family business. We found out the baby’s name on Wednesday. Tuesday found us looking into another activity that involves Benji! We were bewildered how many simchot Benji was having. Turns out it was his birthday. We wanted to wish him a happy birthday but he was out again on some more family business. We hoped that we didn’t have to wait any longer. On Wednesday we met Benji at shul in the morning and wished him all the mazal and happy birthdays as we could. The baby’s name is Ayelet Noa. We also had another siyum from class 101. The siyum was on mishnayot. We wish them a lot of nachas and mazal and we hope to see more. Thursday we took a break from all the simchot and had a relaxing day. On Friday we got ready to have a nice break. The reason is because of Memorial Day and Shavuot was a day apart and the school decided to give us a break until next Friday. We were all so excited to have the break. We have some exciting news the school has a new basketball team!!!! They are named The Golden Knights and they’re playing Flatbush on the Monday after the break at 7:30 pm. Anyone can join and be part of the team. We also need a cheering squad at the game and there will be transportation provided to get to the game. Whoever can make it it’ll be great and helpful. We wish them a lot of luck on their first game.
